Almond Joy Overnight Oats Recipe!

When I decide it’s a good idea to post a recipe, you know I am running out of post ideas! I was thinking of posting my birthday wish list but that’s boring and this was the next best thing!
Before I made this the first time I looked up a ton of recipes for Almond Joy overnight oats and this was my combination a few different recipes to suit my taste and gluten free needs! Let me tell you, my creation is a winner! It’s extremely easy, delicious and did I say it was easy? I don’t cook anything so when I say a recipe is easy, it really is!

½ cup gluten free whole rolled oat
¾ unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
½ Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
½ Tbsp. mini chocolate chips

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir until well combined.
3. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy cold.

Since I’m writing this so late on Tuesday and its going up on Wednesday I’m not able to take pictures for you but since its so simple I think you lovely people will understand it!
